Auctioneer 4.0.5
Released September 25, 2007, this version provided WoW 2.2 compatibility.
This was the final release of the Auctioneer 4.x line, as concurrent development of the Auctioneer Advanced (5.x) line had been ongoing for several months, and the first public preview of that tool was made available a month earlier on August 31, 2007. From this point on, the developers decided to focus all energy on the new version of the tool suite.

- BeanCounter no longer reports an error without having Auctioneer installed (still requires Auctioneer to be installed, though, to properly work).
