Uit Norganna's AddOns

Initial Steps
If you have an issue, first, look to the following locations to determine if it is known.
- The Auctioneer FAQ
- The Auctioneer Classic FAQ
- The Gatherer FAQ
- The Enchantrix FAQ
- The Norganna Family of AddOns Wiki FAQ Pages
- The Forums
- The essay writers
If You Are Unable To Find Your Issue
If, upon review of the resources, you determine that your issue is novel and has not yet been addressed in one form or another, you should continue with the process.
- Add the question, suggestion, or idea in the appropriate forum on http://Forums.Norganna.Org.
- Add the question, suggestion, or idea in the discussion page of the appropriate page of wiki.
- For live support, join the #Norganna IRC Channel on Freenode.
- If you do not have an IRC client, you can access IRC from our IRC Access Page.
- If you have an IRC client, simply click: The Norganna Family of AddOns IRC Channel
- Keep in mind that an IRC Channel is similar to an AOL Chat Room or a big room in "the real world", where people log in but do not necessarily monitor each conversation continuously.
- Once connected simply ask your question, give your suggestion or idea, and wait for a response.
- Depending upon the time of day, you may have to wait some time for one of our volunteer staff members or one of our helpful users to respond.
- Please be patient, your issues are important to us but we cannot be everywhere at once. =)
If you've added your question to the forum or the wiki it will be handled as quickly as possible by a person who can answer it.
If your Issue is Novel and Cannot be Addressed or Solved Immediately
By this time, you should have had some form of input from an Administrator, Manager, Developer, or Helper. If they determine that your issue has merit, they will direct you to create a Jira ticket.
- Jira, JIRA, Jira ticket, trouble ticket, and the like are all used interchangeably.
A Jira Ticket is a formal report, intended to list any issue, a bug, a suggestion, or other enhancement, that cannot be solved or immediately addressed.
