HSP functionality

HSP will be implemented as an aggregate module (auc-stat-hsp probably). Even though this module will be activated by default and will provide a replacement function to the old GetHSP function, no module should assume that hsp *will* actually be loaded. Enchantrix + ATSW + Has mats.

I'm not really sure this functionality belongs in Enchantrix. I'm willing to be convinced, but I smell nothing but trouble down the track. -- norgs 04:11, 14 August 2007 (EDT)
